The Marciano Art Foundation

The Marciano Art Foundation was established by Maurice and Paul Marciano to grant the public access to the Marciano Art Collection through presentations of rotating, thematic exhibitions housed in a permanent exhibition space in Los Angeles.

The Broad

The Broad is a contemporary art museum founded by philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad on Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles.

LACMA

Los Angeles County Museum of Art

Since its inception in 1965, LACMA has been devoted to collecting works of art that span both history and geography, mirroring Los Angeles’s rich cultural heritage. Today, LACMA is the largest art museum in the western United States, with a collection of over 135,000 objects that illuminate 6,000 years of art history from new and unexpected points of view.

KAWS for Los Angeles

The Getty Center's ARTchitecture

Los Angeles, California

The Getty offers two different experiences; The Getty Villa & The Getty Center. The Getty Villa, located in Malibu, offers a natural approach to art while The Getty Center takes a more modern and architectural approach. he Getty Center incorporates the modern design of architect Richard Meier, with beautiful gardens, open spaces, and spectacular views of Los Angeles.

Mori Art Museum

Tokyo, Japan

First opened in October 2003, The Mori Art Museum showcases the best in contemporary Japanese art and architecture. Founded by Minoru Mori, the museum is located in the heart of Roppongi.

It's most attractive feature might be it's panoramic observation deck on the 53rd floor with a cafe, shop and bar. The Mori Art Museum is a must if you ever catch yourself in Tokyo.

The 14th Factory

The 14th Factory LA was a monumental, multiple-media, socially engaged art installation conceived by the Hong Kong-based British artist Simon Birch.

The 14th Factory closed it's LA chapter on July 30, 2017.
